looking at his history of posts here, you will notice the ginn knows a lot about turbos. I think he lied to the guy saying he sent it to his turbo guy. Turbos are easy to diagnose no need to send it to turbo guy. You can check to see whats the base wastegate acutator tension by using boost gauge and vaccum pump which has pressure side pump also. You can check the shaft endplay and thats all and just look for obvious cracks. Maybe larryb had other issues and made the turbos not boost right like his boost controller or something else. We need GMS side story here.
